His expertise lies predominantly in Process Improvement and Automation, showcasing a remarkable track record. Notably, he spent three years with RAVISTAR INDIA PVT. LTD., a multinational company under the Systemair umbrella, where he played a pivotal role in establishing a new plant in Hyderabad. In the culmination of his tenure, he successfully managed the entire Indian Business for Systemair, overseeing operations across three manufacturing plants. Furthermore, Hasmukhbhai dedicated fifteen years to MOFLEX SUSPENSIONS Pvt. Ltd., serving as the Director of Manufacturing. His contributions extended to spearheading significant projects, including the establishment of three Laminated Leaf Springs plants and a manufacturing unit for Air Distribution products. Throughout his career, Hasmukhbhai's focus on innovation and project management has been instrumental in driving organizational success.
